Q: How do I maintain my ePipe or cPipe?
A: In order to keep a well maintained ePipe or cPipe you must clean it regularly. We recommend that you acquire the following prior to cleaning:
- Pipe Cleaners
- Pipe reamer (Plastic/ Non-Abrasive Brushes)
- Pipe tool or pick and Pin- Needle
- Isopropyl Alcohol or cleaning agent
- Felt brush or cotton swab
Q: When will I receive my ePipe or cPipe?
A: Due to popular demand please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery for all domestic and international orders.
Q: How do I adjust the flame?
A: To adjust the flame simply turn or rotate the lever on the underside of your ePipe until the desired flame intensity is met.
Q: How do I remove the screen?
A: Simply take a metal pointed object such as a pick or long pin and scoop it out.
Q: How do I refill the product with fuel?
A: Turn the apparatus upside down and insert the fuel supply into refill port and press down. Please allow 15 – 20 seconds to pass before operating your ePipe.
Q: How do I clean the ePipe or cPipe after using it?
A: At the finish of a smoke session the pipe should be given a thorough cleaning. Allow the pipe to cool and then stir up any ash left in the bottom of the bowl. Brush, blow, dump out any remaining ashes. Insert a lightly soaked cotton pipe cleaner with an added cleaning agent down the pipe stem, repeat until residue is cleared. *To clean the interior of the bowl use an alcohol pad to remove any unwanted residue.*To clean the fuel ports: Once the bowl has been entirely cleaned, take a pin-needle dipped in a cleaning agent and insert into the port (S). Make certain that all ports remain clear at all times. Damage can occur when not properly maintained. Upon completion you may insert a regular pipe cleaner (Dry) into the stem of the pipe to absorb any residual moisture.
Q: What if my ePipe or cPipe stops lighting?
A: If your ePipe for some reason does not light, then here are some suggestions to fix the problem. Check to make sure that there is enough butane in the reservoir by adding some more. Most often this will get your ePipe back in working order. Follow the refill instructions when adding more butane. If this does not solve the problem, then check to see if the spark igniter, when actuated, shoots the spark nearest the main fuel port. If not, then carefully bend the electrode (e.g., the wire that sends sparks) toward the main fuel port. Note: The electrode is located left of the main fuel port as the ePipe is held in a smoking position. This as well can correct lighting problems with ease. If not, then make sure that all of the fuel ports are clear from tobacco resin and obstruction, see cleaning instructions for further detail on www.my-fh.com.
Q: Where do I return my damaged or not functioning ePipe?
A: Please see return policy for further information.
