Damaged or Defective Items:
By chance you receive a damaged or defective item you can request a replacement by mail. The replacement item will be sent to the original "ship to" address, unless otherwise notes, upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, pending product availability.

Error-Related Refunds:
By chance that there is an error caused by FreeHand in regards to your order, the company will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges that may occur in order to fulfill your order correctly.

Returning Products Containing Hazardous Materials:
Certain rules and regulations apply to products that use flammable liquids or gases. You will not be able to return the item through the mail while the apparatus contains fuel. You must first expend all butane gas remaining in the apparatus prior to sending by mail.

Return or Exchange a Product by Mail:
Keep your original packaging for at lease the first 90 days after purchase. Our product returns might require the apparatus be placed in its original packagin; otherise, a special cushion packaging from the post office will be needed.

Apparel & Accessories: 
Merchandise must be returned unworn/ unused, within 90 days of purchase including a copy of the sales receipt or copy of the original invoice prior to issuing any credit refund
